Customer service has never been so quick and easy before. With our Service App, you have the opportunity to contact us anytime, anywhere via your smartphone, exchange documents, and receive information.
The HEK Service App is available in two versions: basic and smart. With the add-on smarthealth, the smart version provides you with access to your personal health data. Each version is free of charge and meets the highest security standards.
Basic Version:
With the basic version, you can utilize our service offerings digitally. This version offers you the following functions quickly and free of charge:
- Scan, upload, and send documents
- Scan QR codes and complete online questionnaires
- Request membership certificates
- Health & Prevention (Health hotline, Doctor Navigator, Doctor Appointment Service, and more)
- Contact via hotline, email, callback service, text, and video chat
- Emergency contacts at your fingertips
- Overview of benefits and services
Smart Version:
With the smart version, you can use additional services digitally and access your personal data. Since January 1, 2024, registration via a so-called Health ID is mandatory for all health insurers. Simply identify yourself directly in the HEK Service App to securely utilize the following features:
- All functions included in basic
- Digital mailbox for incoming and outgoing documents
- Secure communication via messenger
- Access to insurance periods and salary data
- Edit contact and bank details
- Optional: Activate smarthealth add-on
smarthealth Add-on:
With the smarthealth add-on in the smart version, you can intelligently and on-the-go manage your health. Through your electronic patient record (ePA), you have constant access to your personal health data and medical information.
We currently offer the following options:
- Viewing doctor and dentist treatments with diagnoses and costs per quarter
- Display of prescribed medications and digital medication plan
- Digital vaccination overview and recommendations
- Overview of preventive examinations including reminder service
All data can be provided directly by us upon request. Your own information can be updated at any time.
